Pieces of plaster have started to fall off a building in the centre of Sătmar, endangering passers-by.
Firefighters are intervening to clear the dangerous elements. Traffic in the area is affected.
The Satu Mare fire brigade was called to intervene on Sunday afternoon on Stefan cel Mare Street after pieces of plaster began to fall from the building where the PSD Satu Mare headquarters and several commercial establishments are located.
A crew with a high-altitude intervention vehicle went to the scene.
Police crews restricted traffic on Ștefan cel Mare Street, on the section between Jean Calvin Square and Libertății Square, for the duration of the intervention.
